It is heavily Jewish, but my impression is that the Jews there have always been somewhat deracinated compared to coastal Jews. There is a lot of confusion here because of how US sociologists made up the term “Hispanic”. The way it is counted in official ethnic statistics is completely different to any other ethnicity. They are not considered white or black, but either or neither. The hispanic portion of any demographic data double counts all the Hispanics usually as white or something else (bi-racial, pacific islander or something). If you add the percentage of Hispanics to the percentage of everything else, you get over 100% because Hispanics exist as some kind of separate double-counted side category. They could be white hispanics, black hispanics, or some kind of nebulously defined neither hispanics.

So the hispanic category is not really a ‘non-white’ category. Many people may be confused about this or have all sorts of ideas. But a lot of the people counted ‘hispanic’ get double counted as ‘white’ (or something else) at the same time. Since it’s a separate side category being hispanic doesn’t exclude being white or black or anything else for demographic purposes.

There is all kinds of confusion and political and cultural shenanigans going on with the term ‘hispanic’ because it’s basically made up, and made up in a way that otherwise never even gets tracked – language of origin. The Hispanic category was created by the federal government in response to demands from certain Hispanics. Before that, many Hispanics were regarded as whites. But it depends upon who you’re asking. At one time there were significant numbers of people in the U.S. who had pseudo-Nordicist views(I’m not sure the majority of people ever had these views however). Even today, political expediency often determines how a person is categorized. For the purpose of affirmative action, a person of 100% European background is going to want to be labeled Hispanic. If a Hispanic shoots a black, the media will label them as white if they can get away with it.

Today, most Hispanics in the U.S. are brown people, so it makes sense to think of them as non-white or mixed. Even many alleged white looking Hispanics turn out to be mixed. Argentinians are mixed with Amerindians, though previously many thought they were pure descendants of Meds.

But people are not totally unwilling to believe their eyes. A self-identifying Hispanic who looks like a Scandinavian is going to be regarded as white. But most people have never met such a person and think of Hispanics as brownish people. Black Hispanics are always thought of as black.

In general, I would say white Americans are less aware of racial differences than they used to be. Mixed Hispanics with lighter tones but obviously non-European features are often considered white. I consider this tendency part of the general trend toward of cultural decadence.

There might exist group genetic differences, that could allow for differences in potential average academic ability between different nationalities. It’s not something which is impossible or implausible, although importance of such kind of differences for world affairs should not be exaggerated.

I think the reason is very simple: he has found out from some statistics that Nigerians, who immigrate to the USA, have the average IQ of 110. They are mostly students going to study in American universities, so it is very likely that they have this average IQ. It is actually lower than the average IQ of students in the American universities where they go (which probably is about 120-125).

Students have a higher IQ than the country average. People, who today move from Northern Europe to the USA, mostly move there to do doctorate studies or have managed to get a professorship of some kind (like an assistant professor), so their average IQ is probably around 130. These selected groups of students or young academics do not in any way tell what the average IQ is in the country.

But he thinks that if Nigerians in the USA have the average of 110, then Nigerians in Nigeria must have the same average IQ of 110, only the IQ researchers are lying.

He has also noticed that there are more intelligent blacks in Nigeria than could be if the genetic average IQ were 70, thus he claims IQ research is false. Of course he is correct, there are more intelligent blacks: the genetic average IQ of Africans is not 70. Nobody claims the genetic IQ average is 70. The value 70 is the actual value you measure today and it is largely a result of poor schools. The genetic average IQ is estimated to be 85. Because of this, from any privileged group (like rich Nigerians) one can find much more intelligent Africans than were possible if the genetic average IQ were 70.

Finally he has searched for intelligent black people and found them. He could find one esteemed black professor of theoretical physics, Dr. Gates. Of course there are some intelligent blacks. In the USA in 36 years some 400 blacks made a PhD in physics, compared to some 24,000 whites, who also made a PhD in physics in this time period. There are about 10 black professors of physics in the USA, not all from theoretical physics. The rest of these professors of physics, a quite large number in the USA, are mainly whites, some are Asian. But by cherry picking the black he finds that there are very many very bright blacks and IQ research must be false.

One can use a penname, like j2, for a number of reasons, but the real name should not be hidden. Anyway, the police can find you whatever anonymous name you use should you do something illegal.

I checked the number of PhDs in the USA and in Finland. From these figures we can get a rough estimate for the African American average IQ.

The number of births in Finland was about 60,000 per year in 1990s and 30 years later the number of PhDs made has been about 1800 yearly. That is 3% of the year class makes a PhD. Assuming that they are the brightests, the PhD demand is about 128 IQ points. In reality not all bright make a PhD and the current PhD level is about 124 IQ points over all fields. (In education it is lower, maybe 117, and in math. and phys. higher, about 130).

The Finnish population is 5.5 million, which is 92 times the year class of 60,000. This gives a formula to the percentage of the year class making a PhD:

percentage to make PhD = (PhD theses in a year) * 92 / population

Thus, in the USA the population is 327 million and in 2018 were made 79,000 PhD theses. This is

percentage to make PhD in the USA = 79*92/327,000 =2.2%

If the average PhD level is 124 IQ points and the USA average is 98, then the level is 26 points over average, 1.73 SD. That is 4.2% of the population. We see that about half of those who intellectually could make a PhD actually make it in the USA. In Finland the average IQ is 101, so the PhD level is 23/15=1,53 SD. That is 6,3% of the population. The percentage who make a PhD is 3%. This seems to fit well. About half of those who are able to do it actually do it. We can use the same rule for African Americans.

There are 42.5 million African Americans and about 1900 make a PhD thesis yearly. The formula gives

percentage to make PhD for African Americans = 1.9*92/42,500=0.0041, so 0.4% of African Americans make a PhD. Using the rule that twice as many are capable of doing it because of IQ, we get 0.8% African Americans are above the limit 124 IQ points. The value 0.8% corresponds to 2.66 SD, that is 36 IQ points. Then the average IQ of African Americans is 124-36=88 IQ points. It is probably a bit smaller than that because a larger part of African American PhD theses is in education. We get to the usual estimate of 85-87 IQ average to African Americans. Let is be 87.

From this figure we can estimate that for Finns to have 155 IQ requires 3.6 SD, while for African Americans this level is 4.5 SD. There are 50 times more people over the level 3.6 SD than over the level 4.5 SD. As there are 7.7 times as many African Americans, there are 50/7.7=6.5 times as many Finns over the level 155 IQ than there are African Americans. In numbers it is about 800 Finns and about 124 African Americans. This means that we certainly can find very clever African Americans, but we can also find very clever Finns.

If we go to Africa, which the population of 1 billion, naturally we will find quite many intelligent people, even though they are rare and currently the majority of the population does not have a chance to reach the 87 IQ genetic intelligence, they are closer to the environmental 70 IQ points. The Finnish population is not growing, or not growing because of Finns. So, finally there will be more Africans with an IQ over 155 than Finns. This is natural.

For the time being, with average IQ at 70, to reach 155 would mean 5.5 SD. That is so rare that tables do not give it. For 5 SD there is the value 0.0000003. Multiplying it with 1 billion gives 300 people. There are 800 Finns over this figure and only 300 Black Africans.

But naturally, you do not believe in statistics.

There are no mainstream IQ researchers. Real scientists avoid the topic like the plague because it’s pointless. I’m of pure African descent and I’m not exactly the least intelligent person here.
