Archon (Gnosticism) … any of a number of world-governing powers…

In the last decade we have seen an exponential change in the manipulation of basic human instincts through a technological and societal shift often referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Everything we do, from sex, dating and purchases to political affiliations and how we define ourselves is being manipulated and commoditized.

Money is the air of civilization, necessary for just about everything we do outside breathing, but many people still lack a basic understanding of what it is and how it is created. How can we have a democracy if our most basic of necessities is almost universally misunderstood?

The just released documentary, Twilight of the Archons, critiques the materialist worldview with a strong emphasis on the meaning of consciousness and money and features Joseph Campbell, the economist Richard Werner and Rupert Spira among others.

Before we can liberate ourselves from the web of control, we first have to understand how it operates. Twilight of Archons gives us a glimpse into how the ‘machine’ really works and who is running it.

It’s time to end the manipulation and begin the self-actualization.

Face the truth and begin the change.

  2. I had to look up who Joseph Campbell is. Turns out he’s dead. I thought that maybe he was related to Professor Irwin Corey or was trying to take over his act. That someone can spout his nonsense and make a living at it without being a comedian is impressive.

That people can listen to Campbell’s drivel as though he’s imparting wisdom is beyond my comprehension. But then again, most people believe in sky gods and the necessity for government, so there’s no limit to the idiocy the human race is capable of.

  3. Fr. John says:

Utter Bullsh*t… or just another voice from the Mind Masters, wanting (at all costs) to keep you from seeing Traditional, Orthodox Christianity as the SOLE solution to the evils perpetrated by/of the one race, that Crucified Christ.

The Papacy is not Christianity, and neither is the Protestant schismatic panoply. Oh, there are elements of it contained in their histories, but the Seven Ecumenical Councils defined and continue to define what is Truth, and what is Error/Falsehood/Heresy. When you depart from them, you are put forever ‘beyond the pale’ where all blasphemers belong.

That Rome departed from that Faith, 1000 years ago, and the Reformers went even further astray following Rome’s filioquist errors, 500 years ago is objective history; and today, when even the husk of those once-valid creeds is TOLD TO BE WORTHLESS, is merely just one more layer upon layer, and perversion upon perversion by the Bernays propagandists, to avoid returning to a full-orbed Faith, that (contrary to all demonization, lies, and propaganda) has caused Russia to revivify her land, her economy, her Churches, her health, her babies being born (and not aborted) and the clear education against the evils of Sodomy and Lesbianism…. It’s no coincidence. Christendom is the White Man’s only hope. And all that deny it, are Antichrists.

Now that’s funny…I doubt many remember Professor Irwin Corey. I always got a kick out of him.

Biden reminds me of him…actually, all politicians remind me of him.

  5. Joseph Campbell was once extremely influential. The theme of the original Star Wars movies was a direct re-telling of Campbell’s Hero’s Journey which Lucas readily admitted. His career arc was amusing. He sold a lot of books early. Then in the 1960’s he was anti-hippies and his popularity plummeted. Then in the 1980’s Bill Moyers did a mini-series which was mostly Campbell interviews and the centerpiece was Star Wars and his popularity soared. Then the PC police found some obscure thing he wrote about Jews 40 years and had completely forgotten about and they crucified the poor old guy’s reputation even after he died.

Masks of God is not a bad mythology overview. His Hero’s Journey is pretty goofy. Star Wars isn’t nearly as great as we thought it was when we were kids.

Two quotes from the second and third comments blend perfectly:

“…so there’s no limit to the idiocy the human race is capable of.”

“Christendom is the White Man’s only hope. And all that deny it, are Antichrists.”

If both minds could meet: A hero’s journey in the making. Listening to them debate would be amusing for a moment or two.

    I agree on that.

PC is a boring terror, and Corona is of a boring vulgarity, a small man’s soap, and the general obsession with boring statistics will eat the heart out of you slowly. No big narratives and heroes, they are trying to drown our souls by sheer overload of torrents of vulgarity, crudeness and all what is insignificant. And they are not even doing it deliberately.

Millions of antichrists. But only one Antichrist. Does that make sense? I’m not speaking as a true believer but you only have to look at the trash spewed by the fascist corportocracy to see that the man from Galilee has few admirers in elite circles.

  12. And here I viewed this presentation…a rarity for me to watch films…with the expectation that what I would find in this commentary section would be a chorus of seekers, of pilgrims treading the pathways of perception in quest of realization. Instead I encountered an amen chorus of beings bearing all the answers.

So Atlas shrugged while Niobe wept, while so few sought those answers within and did not bow down to the false gods of expertise and credentials. Knowledge depends, while wisdom builds.

While so many look for their piece, All is of a peace.

If you can provide me with an alternative to materialism that does not involve some sky god or other hokus pokus, I’d consider it.

  14. @tgordon

And oh for a sock filled with horse manure.

  15. @RoatanBill

Bonomo did a fairly good job of that. For more depth you might consult the works of Carl Jung and Rudolf Steiner. Also Rupert Sheldrake. There are dimensions and understanding beyond our limited levels of perception. Aldous Huxley’s ‘Doors to Perception’ has additional insights. Jim Morrison was so influenced by that that he named his band accordingly.

  16. @Majority of One

I’ve listened to Sheldrake quite often. His morphic resonance idea is intriguing. However, it’s just an idea with no real proof backing it up, so I’ll stick with what is tangibly real for now.

  17. @RoatanBill

Pure materialism seems the most “hokus pokus.” The fact electro-magnetism and Aether (dark matter they like to call it these days) are still being barely touched upon in their potential affects on all things and matter relations really makes the “It’s only a chemical reaction and random chance!” crowd seem quite silly.

Now, I’m not saying Tengri, the Heavenly-Father, is the actual “answer,” but the universe is a much richer and more complex thing than just the carbon and palladium within it. Heck, Maxwell’s Equations even count on it. Tangibility doesn’t get you Tesla, Heavyside, or Morphic fields.

The actual theology and etymology on the matter is that anyone against Christian ethics is Antichrist, and there may one day be a very powerful one. Some conflicting readings of Revelations are that it already happened, etc. with their being different “Mega Antichrists” of the era.

  19. @Boomthorkell

I don’t know what your definition of materialism is, but mine is simply what I can touch and see around me. When I pick up a rock, it’s real, it’s not some hokus pokus. When some con artist priest tells me about some jesus character or some philosopher high on cocaine tells me about his world view, I count that as bullshit.

To me, hokus pokus is anything that has no underlying proof of its existence. Dark matter, dark energy, neutron stars, black holes, etc, that’s just some theoretical nonsense the cosmologist priests have concocted out of nothing. The Electric Universe crowd backed up by plasma physics has a much better model of how the universe works and doesn’t have to invent things that have no basis in reality. Their explanation is purely materialistic because they use verifiable experimentation in the real world to arrive at their conclusions.

The universe isn’t all that mysterious IF you have the correct frame of reference. As an Electrical Engineer, plasma physics has by far a more rational and predictable explanation of what we see in the heavens. If you just ignore what cosmologists say, you’ll be much closer to the truth of the matter.

Just the opposite is the case. I’m of the type that makes up his own mind and no amount of propaganda in any form is going to sway me. I use logic and reason, not religious nonsense or political bullshit to look at the world.

The average person can’t balance a checkbook, hasn’t the scientific training to fill a thimble and are easily swayed by some glib talking Fauci or Gates. Why else are millions of people demanding PCR tests and trying to get the jab at all cost? The average person is the problem. They’re generally pretty stupid, which is why I live on an island away from as much of humanity as possible.

The morons vote. Can you believe it? They think voting for some already vetted candidate means they decide on how the gov’t functions. Time and time again, they get screwed but still they vote.

No, I’m not the problem. Chances are you’re the problem.

It’s the people that come out of school with humanities or social science degrees that are screwing up the world. They’ve been raised on a diet of bullshit and don’t know it. They then go out and proselytize for their warped world view and the very stupid listen to them with open mouthed wonder.

Many things are beyond your comprehension. (Well, everyone’s, you’re not alone on that).

Joseph Campbell was quite influential for a while, especially after he supposedly influenced George Lucas to create Star Wars. He has been mostly influential in movie screenwriting, however, and mostly not directly but by the “Hero’s Journey” appropriation by Christopher Vogler in a more recent (2007) popular book.

The problem with the Joseph Campbell’s, Jordan Peterson’s, etc of the world is that they are influential. They are able to bamboozle huge segments of the population with their supposed knowledge and insights that are pure bunkum. These are the modern preachers like that jesus character in history that spouts nonsense but does it in a charismatic way to attract the weak of mind followers.

None of what these people say has an ounce of empirical evidence to back it up. It’s all touchy feely rhetoric that they somehow get away with. These people are dangerous to a society because they are the ones that come up with the next meme based upon assertion without proof.

BTW – Jordan Peterson was brilliant when he was championing free speech. When I tried to listen to one of his professional lectures, I could only stomach him for about 10 minutes.

  31. @RoatanBill

I haven’t explored Campbell’s work, but I will say that anybody who is celebrated by PBS (as is Campbell) is likely to be an idiot.

  33. During the past year of the Plandemic I have heard on a number of occasions about how humans are “biohazards.”

Only a machine (some sort of AI ) or a malevolent spiritual entity (like Satan) could think like that. CS Lewis, a Christian, seems to have anticipated current events with his 1943 novel, “That Hideous Strength.”

The Singularity: based on the material nature of the brain; OK, they’ll go to a certain extent with that paradigm yet they’re not all that bright since “thinking”, “feeling” are not even in the brain (basically a radio receiver), these are non-material. This whole Singularity business is based on materialism, as is today’s allopathic medical structure (e.g. what’s the cure rate for cancer treatment? Not brilliant at under 6% as it targets the tumour, which is a symptom not the origin of the disease.) What they can not break down, is “consciousness”. As such, the merging of human & machine can only go so far.

An ape might consider another animal a hazard but not a biohazard. That suggests an antipathy to life itself.

CS Lewis expressed the view that toilet humour was evidence of humans having a soul. If a dog could talk, he said, it was doubtful whether a dog would do anything but glory in its excretions. Jokes about bodily functions suggest, Lewis argued, a spiritual core -a soul- that was basically uncomfortable inside a physical living body.

  38. John Lash, the author of metahistory.org, has a number of interesting views on this topic. He indicates that the Ancient Gnostics knew about the Archons and that we were warned about them in the Gnostic Texts found in Nag Hammadi. He proposes three definitions, or three levels of definition: 1) cosmological; 2) noetic-psychological; 3) sociological.

What is an Archon? By John Lash
    https://wearelightbeings.wordpress.com/2014/11/24/what-is-an-archon-john-lamb-lash/

“The risk they pose by invading our mental software is far greater than any physical risk they might pose by erratically breaching the biosphere.

Working through telepathy and suggestion, the Archons attempt to deviate us from our proper course of evolution. Their most successful technique is to use religious ideology to insinuate their way of thinking and, in effect, substitute their mind-set for ours.

According to the Gnostics, Judeo-Christian salvationism is the primary ploy of the Archons, an alien implant.”

  39. I thought the article was talking about these Archons

  40. @Notsofast

The great Joseph Campbell was only “discovered” by me after I had taken around 60 or so philosophy courses. I could have sacrificed 20 of those courses to study Campbell instead and would have ended up with far less knowledge but for more wisdom. The man was a gem.

I just saw this old discussion.

Here is an old article on the Joseph Campbell anti-semitism claim:

    https://www.nytimes.com/1989/11/06/arts/after-death-a-writer-is-accused-of-anti-semitism.html

It appears that it was not anything he wrote but what he said “among friends” that raised the issue.

However, the article tips the hand of those who now attack Joseph Campbell.

The “opinion leaders” hate “follow your bliss” because it is “selfish”.

The elites want the serfs to follow orders.

  43. @Fr. John

Why keep following a Jew who said if someone sues for your coat give him all your clothes? This religion has genocided the White race. The church councils merely have Whites divided over silly speculations about how to divide up divine and human nature in a Jew from 2000 years ago, and half worship a bad wife who denied sex to her husband just because she gave birth to their favorite Jew who taught communism and anti-selfdefence in the “gospels.” We need a new religion that can unify Whites because cuckianity only divids and the Jew said it would “a mans enemies will be they of his own household.” This is trash. And the EO is worse than the rest though they are all destructive to the White race.
