Jesse is a character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, and mentioned on the promotional Cultstoppers website.

History

Background

Jesse is an American man who the Cultstoppers believe to have been abducted by the Epsilon Program, as of 2013.

Jesse's character model is available in Director Mode under the Gangs section as an Epsilonist, also along with the other four people.

Events of Grand Theft Auto V

Jesse's cult name is "Zilldor", and he appears (sans glasses) in the missions "Seeking the Truth" and "Unknowing the Truth".

He can be seen at the Epsilon Building, along with Ameer, Haylee, Joscha and Tiana, the other four people that the Cultstoppers believe to be kidnapped.

In the mission "Unknowing the Truth", if the player betrays the Epsilon Program by stealing the money, Jesse can be killed during the gunfight, but will still continue to spawn at the Epsilon Building, indicating that he survived the shootout.

Events of Grand Theft Auto Online

He appears in the Epsilon Program's weed farm when the GTA Online Protagonist is sent to destroy it by Dax in a Fooligan Job. He will be armed with either a Pistol or Micro SMG to fight back as the player assaults the facility.

• Between 29th of April, and 27th of May 2013, anyone could apply to be cast as one of the five Epsilon characters. Jesse was one of the fans selected from the Epsilon Casting Event and is therefore modeled on the likeness of Jesse a.k.a. SultanMetalbeard .
