Not much is known about Pete other than that he is an African-American medical examiner who works at the Coroner's Building in Strawberry, Los Santos.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
In the mission "Dead Man Walking", he and his unnamed associate examines Michael De Santa. Michael wakes up and incapacitates his associate while Pete runs away.
The name Pete is shown in a Bleeter post after completing the mission, although the post indicates it was the African-American who ran away yet in the mission he was the one attacked by Michael.
