Nothing is known about him except that he was sent to Bolingbroke Penitentiary for an unknown crime.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
The escapee appears in Random Event - Prisoner Lift 2, in which he is found in the Grand Senora Desert, south of Bolingbroke Penitentiary on a dirt road flailing his arms around.
When the protagonist stops next to him, he will pretend to get in the car but instead pulls out a gun. The protagonist gets out of the car and the escapee steals it and tries to drive away but is soon killed.
