Scott Spencer Storch (born December 16, 1973) is an American record producer and songwriter. He appears in Grand Theft Auto Online, as himself in The Cayo Perico Heist update.

Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
Scott appears in person during the Heist Prep: Gather Intel mission when the GTA Online Protagonist and English Dave arrive at Juan Strickler's beach party in Cayo Perico. DJ Pooh had organized Scott to take their place after he, Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre had been unable to make the trip. He is introduced to Juan Strickler by the Beach Party Coordinator but failed to impress him with his resume compared to the three bigger names he was filling in for.
When Scott asks Strickler how much the people he was filling in for were supposed to be paid, Strickler takes Scott aside and asks him if they were cool, an obvious veiled threat, causing Scott to back off and not bring up the question again. Scott introduces Strickler to the party by reading Stricker's own words from a clipboard. Keinemusik are then introduced and Scott mingles with the crowd towards the back near the bar. If the player returns to do further scoping before completing the heist, Scott will usually be found dancing with a random female party-goer and sharing his drink with her.
