He is an Epsilonist employed by nightclub impresario Tony Prince as a restroom attendant in his new Nightclub in Los Santos.

As part of the Arena War update, the player can unlock the Epsilon Robes special outfit by tipping the restroom attendant of the player-owned Nightclub a total of 577 times ($577 dollars worth of $1 tips) in a single session. As usual, tipping can only be done with cash available on hand, not in the bank. Notifications above the radar keep track of the player's progress toward unlocking the outfit:
- After 12 tips, "Seeking the Truth" will display.
- After 157 tips, "Chasing the Truth" will display.
- After 577 tips, "Bearing the Truth" will display.
After 157 tips, the Epsilon Medallion will become available to the player, from the Style option of the Interaction Menu as well as any clothing store or at their personal property's wardrobe, in the Accessories > Chains menu. After 577 tips, the full outfit will become available to the player at any clothing store with a changing room or at their personal property's wardrobe in the "Outfits: Special" menu.
