He can provide heavy munitions via a supply crate drop on Cayo Perico through the Interaction Menu for $15,000 once the player has neutralized the air defenses. When deployed, a supply crate will materialize in thin air just above the player position and drop to the ground. A Minigun with 9999 rounds, 5 RPGs and 5 Sticky Bombs will be supplied to the player.
