Cathi appears in the Strangers and Freaks mission Vinewood Souvenirs - Tyler.
She is encountered by Trevor Philips at Tyler Dixon's mansion on Picture Perfect Drive in Rockford Hills. She can be seen in the hot tub, watching Tyler swimming laps in the pool. She complains to Tyler for him to sit with her in the hot tub, telling him that she is bored and has been watching him swim for two hours. She also comments that a pill Tyler has given her is starting to wear off. After Tyler performs a few more laps in the pool, he will eventually exit and join her in the hot tub.
Cathi does not comment on Trevor if he is caught trespassing on the property.
