Ricky Ji is a bank robber and member of the Kkangpae.

In the summer of 2024, Ricky Ji is targeted by Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement after skipping his bail condition. The GTA Online Protagonist tracks him down to a bank robbery orchestrated by the Kkangpae, before capturing him dead or alive.
