Debra is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V.
She is voiced by Claire Byrnes.

Background[]
Debra is Floyd Hebert's fiancée. She is a lawyer (possibly retained by Puerto Del Sol Yacht Club) who frequently travels abroad and thus, has a rather strained relationship with Floyd. She also appears to be cheating on him with an associate named Bob.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
Her apartment is later inhabited by Floyd's cousin, Wade, and his friend, Trevor Philips, both of whom trash the apartment, much to Floyd's chagrin.
When Debra meets Trevor, she tries to make him leave, but then she gets angrier and threatens both him and Floyd with a Pistol. Floyd becomes angry and begins waving a Knife around. The screen cuts to black and after an indeterminate period, Trevor leaves the condo covered in blood.
After the mission, one of Floyd's neighbours, Seth, will post on Bleeter that he heard "all sorts of strange noises and goings on at Debra and Floyd's place next door".

Personality[]
While Debra only appeared in the cutscene of one mission, insights into her personality can be gained from other details.
Debra is best summed up as a manipulative narcissist, evident by the multitude of photos of herself present in every room of her condo besides the bathroom, even going as far as to hang a large portrait of herself in the living room. It is also clear that she has no love for Floyd, as none of the photos depicts him, but rather some of her coworkers. Debra also has her own bedroom in the apartment, which suggests that she and Floyd seldom, if ever, sleep with each other. Interestingly, a copy of Chains of Intimacy can be found on her nightstand. This, and her Bleet claiming that "Work is great when home life is under whelming", suggests that she is dissatisfied with her life with Floyd. One of the phone calls between Floyd and Debra that the player can overhear reveals that Debra is too embarrassed to even admit that she loves Floyd when her co-workers are around. She also forbids Floyd from expressing his affection over the phone even though none of her co-workers can hear him. She also seems to avoid vulgar language, but upon snapping and saying "crap", she points at Floyd and tells him he made her swore.
Debra most likely entered the one-sided relationship with Floyd to take advantage of his low self-esteem, so she can boss him around to do chores around the condo and buy groceries. It's suggested that Floyd is actually scared of Debra, and hence is quick to do her bidding, all while she can cheat on Floyd with her coworkers to further advance her career.
