Bickford is a Vinewood actor who is starring in the film Meltdown as Abner Fitch.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
During the course of the game, Meltdown is being filmed at Richards Majestic Productions in Backlot City, but Bickford only ever appears[ref?] in the movie screening of the finished film.
A scene which he appears in is being filmed when Franklin Clinton infiltrates Backlot City to steal a car; however, Bickford is replaced by an understudy dressed in black to be digitally replaced.

Bickford has a unique character model (named Abner[1] in the files).
In character, he is a fit middle-aged Caucasian man. He has three outfits, although only two are seen the movie:
- Grey boxer shorts, otherwise naked.
- A white business shirt, grey tie and an open grey single-breasted three-button jacket and dark charcoal pinstriped trousers.
- The same trousers with a blue high-end business shirt with a white unbuttoned collar and white cuffs (unused).
Influence[]
His character, Abner, is based on Gordon Gekko (played by Michael Douglas in the 1987 film Wall Street.
