Frederico only appears on the official website in the customer testimonials [1] for Tattoo Parlors titled "Hall of Shame".
According to his testimonial, he has a tattoo of a skull on his right arm to remind him of his deceased grandmother (whom he seemingly killed).
He appears to be a member of the Marabunta Grande and is a customer of Los Santos Tattoos in El Burro Heights.
In game his character model can sometimes be found congregating at common Marabunta Grande meeting points, although finding the exact combination of correct face model and facial tattoos with matching outfit and body/arm tattoos is rare.
