After Trevor Philips delivers his fourth victim to the Altruist Cult, they betray him and take Trevor into the camp at gunpoint. The leader and his men take him to the cliff and perform a ritual without paying attention to Trevor, who quickly grabs an Assault Rifle. One cultist notices this, informs the leader and they stop the ritual. The leader then orders his people to kill Trevor, though he and his people are killed in the ensuing shootout.
