Patrick is the manager of the Doppler Cinema, and has been in that position since 2006.

If Michael De Santa chooses to purchase the Doppler Cinema, Patrick will send Michael an e-mail welcoming him as the new owner of the cinema.
He will also offer him free movie viewing, though it is not actually possible to watch movies in the cinema, as it is inaccessible to the player.
