Christian Feltz is a character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. He is one of the hackers available for the Heists missions.

Christian has a heist cut of 10% and his hacking skills are average, making him a quite good choice for the team, but not the best one. One other characteristic Feltz has is his occasional stuttering.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
Christian is available to select in every heist with a hacker. If he is picked for The Jewel Store Job, he will give 1 minute to rob the store. Michael will get frustrated at this, asking if "this is all we got for 10%?".
If chosen for the first time in the roof approach in The Bureau Raid, Christian will give decent instructions on how to hack the computer, but may not be able to turn off the sprinklers - dependent on how fast the player moves through the building - citing that the "system's in emergency mode" if unable. If Christian already has experience from the jewelry heist, his instructions will improve and he will always be able to turn off the sprinklers, exploiting a bug in the system similar to one he noticed in the jewelry store's system.
If chosen for the first time in The Big Score, subtle approach, Christian's connection with the traffic lights will have a small lag of 2 seconds. If he has experience from either the jewelry or FIB heist, then his connection will have no lag at all.
Events of GTA Online: The Diamond Casino Heist[]
Christian is one of the 5 available hackers, and along with Rickie Lukens, immediately available from the start. He, along with Yohan Blair, are classified as 'good'. He takes a 7% cut.
If Christian is chosen, he will provide the team 3 minutes time in the vault, but if the team is detected, he will give 2m 5s inside.
