Leroy O'Neil is a supporting character appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
History[]
Background[]
He is part of the family of the O'Neil Brothers in Blaine County. O'Neil is charged with multiple crimes, including the murder of two unidentified LSPD cops, reportedly with his bare hands. In reality, Leroy is simply an accessory to murder and all of the crimes he is accused of were committed by his meth-dealing cousins.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
In the summer of 2024, O'Neil and his cousins are tipped off by corrupted LSPD cops on the O'Neil Brothers' payroll that a recently established bail enforcement business is currently hunting for Leroy.
The O'Neils decide to set up an ambush for the bail enforcement agent, the GTA Online Protagonist, using Leroy as a bait. They lure the GTA Online Protagonist to a Derelict Motel in Sandy Shores, supposedly being Leroy's last known location. Arriving at the location, they are ambushed and captured by the O'Neils, before being locked in the basement of the O'Neil Ranch naked with their clothing, weapons, and armor hidden all over the ranch.
The GTA Online Protagonist manages to escape the basement and the ranch alive, and eliminate Leroy's cousins in the farm, before either capturing or killing Leroy.
