Zeus Karachi is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V.

Karachi is only seen in the mission "Eye in the Sky", in which he is seen walking his dog, which Zeus says has a Borderline Personality Disorder, and that it goes back to when he was a puppy. He also says he locked his dog up in the closet in a coke binge weekend.
When he's scanned, one can see he was charged with DUI.
