The unnamed Union Depository Bank Manager is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.

In 2013 and 2021, he is a manager working for the Union Depository.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
The manager only appears in the subtle approach for "The Big Score". There, he meets with the Gruppe Sechs gold collection team. However, the team was infiltrated by Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips, who fooled him when the two showed fake I.D. cards. He lead them up to the vault where the gold was located, where they made Casey, one of the original security guards, enter a code that unlocked the door.
When they walk out, he states that the computer cleared the order for the gold, noting the abnormality of the amount of gold being moved, unaware of the fact that their system was hacked by Lester Crest who ordered as much gold as possible without looking suspicious to be moved. He escorts the "security team" into the garage and can be heard saying, "Cargo is gone" as the team leaves.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
In 2021, during the events of "The Union Depository Contract", the FIB client gives a tip-off to Sessanta that the manager is involved in an extramarital affair with his secretary. During "Planning Work: Vault Code", the manager is tailed by the player in a Police Maverick before eventually arriving at a hotel where he meets up with the secretary. He and the secretary engage in flirtatious behaviour before the player takes a photo of the two to blackmail him into giving up the vault codes needed to rob the Union Depository.
