Background[]
Donner is an auto mechanic who can be found at Flywheels Garage in the Grand Senora Desert, sometimes working underneath a random smoking car. He plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
In the Enhanced Version, he can be found at other locations including the Port of Los Santos, however the random mechanics that spawn at Flywheels Garage now have alternate outfits without the monogrammed coveralls.
