Lucien Stark is a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V.

Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
Stark is only seen in the mission "Eye in the Sky" when scanning pedestrians from the Police Maverick with Trevor.
He is a homeless man who can be seen sleep-talking, yelling "Zapho!" and "My glands!".
When he's scanned, one can see he was charged with Public Exposure. Target Chad Mulligan will wake him and tell him to seize the day, to which Lucien replies "Get out my ass!"
