Ray Navarro is an unseen character in Grand Theft Auto V.
History[]
Background[]
Ray is an executive for Devin Weston Holdings and a good friend of Devin Weston, as he is one of Devon's first protégés. He and Devin frequently play racket ball together, but it seems Devin wins against Ray every time.
He appears to be rich and successful, and is married to his third wife. He has multiple children.
Apparently “he starts everyday with a game of handball and protein smoothies” and “most of his negotiations take place in locker rooms.”
He grew up in a bad neighborhood, and served Weston ever since he got him out of jail. In 2008 he was sued for promoting bad mortgage collateral with senior investors, which he cut before they even expired. He was never found guilty thanks to Weston's help and by 2012 was receiving a large bonus from the Weston Alpha Fund.
Events of Grand Theft Auto V[]
After Molly Schultz's death, Ray asks Devin how he would like to "move on this", implying that Ray has little concern for Molly's death and more of a concern for the future of Devin's company.
