Wright is an author. One of his novels featured in-game is titled Bloody Canyon, which by 2013 had a released film adaption. It can be found in some interiors, noticeably in Franklin's first safehouse, right next to his bed, and in 3671 Whispymound Drive. If Chef is chosen as gunman for the Paleto Score, he can be seen reading the novel in the opening cutscene.
