Abdul Amir (Arabic:عبد الأمير) is a supporting character appearing in The Ballad of Gay Tony and is mentioned in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Abdul Amir is a real estate businessman from the UAE, eventually becoming very wealthy. He has a son, Yusuf. Yusuf becomes involved in his father's business, and moves to the United States to expand the business, settling in Liberty City.

In 2008, Amir travels to Liberty City for business and also to visit Yusuf. On one of his visits to Yusuf's apartment he finds Yusuf dancing without his trousers on, taking drugs, waving a gun around and soliciting a prostitute. Amir expresses his disappointment in Yusuf's behaviour. Yusuf tells his father not to judge a book by its cover, with Amir replying "when a book is called "Guns, Drugs, Hookers and No Pants", I don't need to read it".
At the end of the game, after Luis Lopez kills Ray Bulgarin, Yusuf informs him that his father is interested in franchising Tony Prince's nightclubs.

Mr. Amir has a conservative outlook on life. He disapproves of his son's hedonistic lifestyle and describes it as "shameful" and "disgraceful".
