Despite the verified fact that Putin knew on the 27th of November that he will not defend Syria, and that he stopped his generals from fighting, we hear and read comments like “Russians didn’t fight because Syrians/Iranians weren’t willing to fight”.

As Russia since 2015 was the guarantor of Syria airspace security and as all troops on the ground either Syrians, Iranians or Iraqis quite logically expected Russia to back them up with air power, it is obvious that if Russians told them they wouldn’t fight that they would retreat instead of being annihilated by US bombers and Israel jets.

We will not know for a long time what deals were struck between the powers who have doomed Syria, but what we know is enough to admit one thing: What Putin said yesterday about Syria is either very delusional or a bunch of lies.

Since Putin’s decision to let down Syria was made at the very moment Lebanon and Hezbollah were finalizing the “ceasefire of dupes” that removed Hezbollah and let israel basically keep bombing and killing in Lebanon, we can suspect that the deal included a trade-off: Lebanon vs Syria or something like that.

Some observers said that Trump had some kind of understanding with Putin, Syria vs Ukraine. Nothing confirms these allegations, but it is possible that Putin, in his desperate quest for a peace settlement, believed the empty promises served by the empire of lies.

The fact is and remains, whatever President Putin tells his Russian audience (as the annual Q&A is mainly focused on Russian audience), Russia suffered an humiliating debacle in Syria. This is not a defeat since they didn’t fight more than few days, this is a capitulation.

The question whether it was necessary to fight or not is doubtful as nobody knows the outcome of a conflict before it ends, if you don’t even try, then you’re capitulating and you can’t blame your allies for your own capitulation.

The Russians blame Iranians and the Syrian army, Iranians blame the Syrian army and Assad blames bad luck.

They all let Syria down by doing nothing in the last ten years to expel the terror groups from Syria, by letting the US illegally occupying oil fields and stealing Syrian people’s wealth, by letting the zionists bomb and kill inside Syria unchallenged and by letting the backstabbing Turks occupy the north.

And they all betrayed Syria by not fighting to the last man like the Kurds are now doing against the Turkish invaders. Even Putin mentioned that. My advice to Iran, Iraq, Hezbollah and Russia: support the Kurds, this is the kind of fighters you can count on.

John Helmer explains why Putin doesn’t see things the same way as other people see, because he is a ‘mnemonic’ and not a strategic thinker. It’s great to know these things but it is not the point.

At the same time Putin tells his audience that the future of Russian bases is still negotiated with the new “authorities”.

It is the same kind of lie Lavrov told Tucker Carlson during their interview. While Russia knew they will let down Syria, Lavrov pretended that the Tarsus fleet wasn’t in Tarsus because of ‘naval exercises’ in the Mediterranean. In fact the fleet was ordered to stay away from fear of being bombed by whoever was attacking Syria.

In the section about him flying both Red and White banners, I thought of the US Civil War before even getting to the next paragraph. They could turn to either side for help, and in the case of Novorussia that means the struggles of Lugansk and Donetsk become eclipsed by the greater struggle of Russia. The important bit is from 6:00 to 10:00. Speaking perfect American, he describes going to Russia, ie Moscow and St Petersburg, and meeting “Russian hating liberals” first. Only later did he meet nationalist, monarchists and other right wingers. We then get a number of glib comments about Russia being a “mafia state” ( then why has it been able to survive massive sanctions from the West ? ) and how no one is criticizing the obvious shortcomings exposed by the War. I first heard of Rolo Slavski (y) when he was mentioned in the UR column of the trans(hu)man formerly known as Anatoly Karlin. He had attacked Karlin in the comments section over some matter, about which I have forgotten. Karlin replied that Slavski is the pseudonym of some American blogger/journalist who had come to Moscow some years previously ( before 2020 ) and had been hustling ever since. He had no understanding or insight into Russia or Russians, Karlin said.

In this, Karlin was backed up by other commenters who seemed to know much more about this character than Karlin. Slavski made no attempt to refute that he was an American who had only recently come to Moscow. Thereafter, I have ignored all Slavski’s articles as a waste of time.

It would be good to read articles from a European or North American who had lived in the real Russia – not Moscow or St Petersburg – for many years, and hear their genuine insights and analyses. Slavski does not fit the bill.

Logically this would mean that based on the alleged effectiveness and numbers of Russian AA systems unless they were destroyed they would be completely protected from air attack and if at war with NATO the American air force would not be able to attack unless willing to take very high losses.

The whole war including the ridiculous complete silence and refusal to consider peace negotiations. The media and politicians complete silence over Putin already making offers that would be the type of ending if a conditional surrender was forced. The party that claims it wants to stop funding the war isn’t at all interested in negotiating an end to the war? How does any of this make sense to so many people… A war where both sides pretty openly commit to killing as many soldiers as possible while making as little gains as possible. The dual citizens in charge of Russia told Putin not to advance near their bioweapon labs so they never even attempt to go across the river thats a few hundred miles away from the largest ones.

A plan for killing as many men as possible so they can all be replaced with diversity. If some Ukranian women escape as refugees instead of being raped by the replacements of their sons and husbands its no worry, wherever they flee to there are Muslims and Africans waiting to rape them there too. Funny how the Ukrainian refugees were women and children but the alleged war ravaged African and Arab refugees are all young men. The invaders from South America and India where no wars are alleged to be happening bring more women and children.

I am asked to believe African dictators and warlords allow millions of potential soldiers for their armies just flee during a war. Sadly, when the article was first posted at TOO on October 14, the byline listed KM as its author, even though it was plain that his contribution ended with the very first line, which identified the true source. Exactly. If Russia couldn’t defeat Ukraine the way Germany defeated France, Poland, Czechia, etc. with a quick conquest using the element of surprise and not allowing NATO to use its overwhelming advantage in wealyh they shouldn’t have ever attacked at all. They didn’t even attempt to conquer territory quickly instead doing the American in Iraq fireworks show which looks great on the news but accomplished very little just as it did in Iraq. They even had the ability to use their air force the first few days. I don’t understand why all those missiles and drones haven’t been used to take out the anti aircraft weapons. They haven’t even tried to gain air superiority. It seems like its purposely being conducted to lose as much infantry as possible without risking too many expensive vehicles. I subscribed to the Slavland Chronicles for a short time. Rolo (wasn’t he born in the US?) had a few articles published in TUR a while back which stimulated my curiosity. The man REALLY hates Putin, not without good reason.

Per PC Roberts, Putin, by not quickly ending the US-led war using overwhelming force, has led the world to the brink of nuclear war. Maybe Russian patriots feel the same way about Putin as does Rolo. Col. MacGregor has said similar things about them wanting to mount an assault on Kiev, but Putin is stopping them.

But, with this outlandish article, claiming that Ukraine is winning and Russia is losing, Rolo has clearly jumped the shark.

Why do we need to take any side? My side is both governments need to be destroyed along with all the rest in white nations. We cannot affect anything in any way so why pick a side? I assume attempts at communication between Ukrainian and Russian nat socs would amount to treason and get them killed even if they wanted to communicate but that would be the type of outcome I would want.

Slavic names in themselves mean little one way or the other, as Jews sometimes change to them. A Medinsky might be a Slav or might be a Jew who changed his name, or his ancestors did. Zelensky is derived from the Slavic work for “green”, and it is possible his original name was Grun, Grunberg, Greenberg, Greenblatt or any of a range of other names.

Seems some think that because the Jews control the West therefore the Jews also control Russia, meanwhile Jews used to control Russia, they brought Communism to Russia. But Stalin quickly sorted them out. Most of the remaining Jews left Russia for New York or Israel. Now the remaining Jews in Russia are Russian, if not they quickly get sorted out.

Just like Communism came from the West to Russia, just so does the left and right wing concepts. Because of their Western origin, neither the left nor the right wing is trusted in Russia. Both the left and right wings are perceived to be working with and for the West. Both just want to open Russia up into divide and rule possibilities for the West. So both the left wing (Navalny) and the right wing (Prigo) get their dues when required.

Russia just wants peace, with peace Russia just gets stronger and stronger with everyone wanting to buy Russia’s commodities and oil. Therefore Putin has always been pursuing peace, he wanted all of Ukraine to belong to Ukraine. Problem was the West can’t handle peace, the West is collapsing with peace while Russia grows stronger with peace. So the West needs war, and between the West and those stubborn, belligerent, alcoholic Russians in Eastern Ukraine there was just no possibility of peace. So Putin had to accept war, however he then turned it into a very slow kind of war, a Special Military Operation. And this SloMO is working wonderfully, the West is unable to produce all the weaponry that Ukraine requires, so just by mostly shelling Russia is winning the war in Ukraine. Its normal Russian military doctrine, just is being done extra slowly.

Russia is in an extremely strong situation. The USSR collapsed because the USSR concentrated on the military instead of on food production. So the USSR could not grow enough food to feed itself and had to import grain and meat from the West. The Saudis then increased oil production so lowering the oil price and Russia collapsed as it was unable to feed its population. Putin concentrated on food production, so Russia is now a much harder nut to crack than the USSR was. However Russia still inherited all the USSR’s arms, and by modernizing them Russia now has enough food and enough arms for whatever may come. So overall, Russia is in a much better situation than the USSR was in. The only thing lacking in Russia now is manpower, but Putin just has to say the word and lots from the Muslim world and the East will flock to Russia’s banner because they all hate the West. Russia just has to supply them with food and arms, which Russia can produce in quantity, and those guys will fight for Russia.

So Russia is in an extremely strong situation, and can afford to wait till the West exhausts itself with all its LGBT, BLM, AntiFa nonsense. Heck, the USA might even collapse if they rig the elections against Trump again. Why fight a war when you just have to engage in a minor border dispute to win? And Russia is just involved in a minor border dispute, only when Russia assembles multiple armies of a million men each is Russia at war.

Russia has always been “a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma”, its no use trying to understand them. All that is known is that they will fight and they defeated Napoleon and Hitler.

I assume you are aware that the Holocaust story is an enormous fraud. Now as to the translation – there are a few iffy parts, such as calling bombardment “cover” (накрывать in Russian) – does “cover” even make sense in English? All I know is that small arms fire is called “suppression”, whereas using “cover” as a standalone feels rather Russian.

The most interesting aspect of the fighting is the lack of communications. Could be describing a ww1 battle before radio. Could be Prokorovka in 1943 too. Just grim determination to hold a trench or hole in the ground vehicles coming in and out randomly artillery everywhere. Russians have a special kind of infantry alright, the black earth swallows them up.

I’m sorry to hear you are discouraged about all of this. I agree that something is wrong with the picture we are being fed.

I keep asking myself questions like, why isn’t Russia destroying the tanks as they are shipped into Ukraine, and then to the front, instead of waiting until after they are manned and shooting at Russians?

It isn’t like you can hide tanks inside shipping containers of retail goods, like you can with ammo and small missiles. Tanks are big and very heavy, and require heavy-duty trailers and rail cars to haul them around. This is very visible, from great distances, and yet Russia doesn’t seem to be targeting the tanks, before they reach the front.

If the Russians aren’t targeting tanks being shipped to the front, then there must be all kinds of more subtle problems that it would be very difficult to expose.

So somehow, for some reason, the Russian war effort in Ukraine seems to be compromised.
