記事タイトルはパヨク嫌いの皆さまを釣るためにおもねりました。
まー皆さまはCNNだからうんぬんとか言うのかもしれないけど、これに限らず、たとえばロシアやイスラエルへの反戦デモとかで、「世界中の国々でデモが起きています」と各国の映像をつなぎ合わせる報道とかよく見るんだよね。コメントの反応を見ていると、日本の政府を動かすというよりは、関係国の反戦派に勇気を与える効果の方が大きいような気がするね。

人これを笑ひて農の熟練となす者あり、また半ば恐れて妖異となす者あり。
されど土地の人々は、ただ「ばばさま」と呼んで、久しくそのことを語りつたへた。
序
この小篇は、神田神保町の古書肆にて、偶然手に入れたる無署名の豆冊子をもとに、讀み下しの便を加へたるものである。
原本は和綴じ、表紙薄鼠、題簽すでに半ば剝がれ、奧付なく、印刷の年を詳らかにせぬ。
文體は舊き譯文めき、しかも土地の語りをそのまま活かしたる箇所少なからず、いづれの人の筆になるかを知り得ない。
されど、その粗朴なる筆の運びのうちに、常陸の濕地と黑泥との氣配、また農の技と怪異との境目の曖昧さが、いかにも得も言はれぬ迫力をもつて記されゐることに、私はひそかに心を惹かれた。
世には、水に關する怪談多し。
河童あり、沼の主あり、また足を引くもの、名を呼ぶもの、影のみ通るもの等、數へあぐれば際限なし。
されど泥に關する怪談は、存外少い。
泥は水のやうに光を返さず、火のやうに姿を變へず、ただ默して重く、人の足もとを知るのみである。
ゆゑにこそ、その底に棲むものは、想像のうちにすら形を結びにくい。
本篇に現はるる老婆も、さだめてその類であらう。
あるひはその兩つは、もとより別なるものではないのかもしれぬ。
以下に載するところ、多少の字句は改めたれど、趣意はおほむね原本のままに從つた。
本文
（一）黑泥の地
人の恐怖よりもなほ深き黑泥の中に蓮の育つ常陸の低濕地には、かつて足の裏をもつてものを見る老婆が住んでゐたといはれる。
その地は、夏にあつては水いまだ温まず、冬にあつては風ことに骨を透す。
見渡すかぎり蓮田つゞき、ところどころに細き水路ありて、葦の葉はひそかに鳴る。
旅人の眼には、ただ平らにして寂しき一帶と映るのみなれど、土地の人々は、その泥の下に、見ゆるより多くのもの潛むことを知つてゐる。
（二）ばばさま
この老婆の名を、今これを記す者は知ることができぬ。
村の者もただ「ばばさま」とのみ呼びて、そのほかの名を口にせぬゆゑである。
あるひは久しく人に忘れられたるか、あるひは初めより、そのやうなものは必要なかりしやもしれぬ。
いづれにしても、彼女はただ、蓮田の中に立つ一つの古き姿として記憶されてゐる。
その背は小さく、顏の皺は深く、眼は濁りて、遠きものを見る力はすでに衰へてゐたといふ。
されど、こと蓮根を掘る折にかぎり、彼女は誰よりも確かに、誰よりも速く、泥の底にある實りのありかを知つた。
彼女は長き胴長を履き、朝まだきより泥の中に入り、しばしば身じろぎもせず立ちつくしたのち、
「ここだ」
と低く言つて、そこへ手を差し入れるのであつた。
すると必ず、太く、折れの少い、見事な蓮根が引き上げられたといふ。
若き者らは、はじめ、その技をただ年季のしわざと思うた。
老いたる者らは、年季のみではあるまいと考へた。
彼らは笑ひつゝも、彼女の足もとを見た。
なぜなら、老婆は泥の中を歩むにあたり、眼で見る者のやうには進まず、むしろ足の裏にて地の氣配を探るごとく、きはめて靜かに、かつためらひなく足を運んだからである。
（三）若き男の來訪
ある年の秋、稻の刈り取りもほゞ終り、空の色の急に薄くなりはじめた頃、他所より一人の若き男がその村へ來た。
郡の役所に勤める書記であつたとも、測量の手傳ひをする者であつたともいふ。
いづれにせよ、その男は土地の理に暗く、しかも珍しき話を好む性質であつた。
宿の主人より老婆のことを聞き、
と言つて笑つたが、翌朝にはもう、その蓮田へ出かけて行つた。
朝靄はまだ水の上に低く殘り、蓮の枯葉はところどころ黑ずみて、風もなく、鳥の聲もなかつた。
男は畦に立ち、しばらく老婆の仕事ぶりを眺めた。
老婆は彼の來たるを知りながら、振り向きもせず、ただ泥の中に佇んでゐた。
やがて彼女は、片足をわづかに沈め、次にもう一方の足を靜かに移した。
その樣は、歩むといふよりも、泥の下にある何ものかと相談してゐるやうであつた。
（四）見えねえ泥
「そこから先へ來るでねえ。」
男は驚き、
「なぜだ」
と問うた。
老婆はなほ振り返らず、
「見えねえ泥がある」
と言つた。
彼の眼には、前なる泥も後ろなる泥も、同じやうに黑く、同じやうに靜かに見えたからである。
されど村の若い衆の一人が、すぐに畦の端より叫んで、
「旦那、そこは踏まねえほうがいい」
と言つた。
その聲には、單なる親切以上のもの、すなはち古くから傳へ聞く禁忌に觸れることを恐れる響きがあつた。
男はなほも半信半疑であつたが、いくぶん氣味惡くなり、足を止めた。
すると老婆は、やうやく少しだけ顏を向けた。
その濁つた眼は、男を見たやうにも見えず、また見透したやうにも思はれた。
そして彼女は、まるで獨り言のやうに、かう言つた。
「泥にもよ、口を開く日つてもんがある。」
その日の晝すぎ、村のはづれの別の蓮田で、一人の若者が膝まで泥に沈み、危ふく身を取られかけた。
幸ひ近くにゐた者らに引き上げられて命は助かつたが、彼はあとで、
と、眞青な顏で語つたといふ。
その晩、宿に戻つた男は、主人に向つて、晝間のことを語つた。
すると主人は酒を注ぎつゝ、しばらく默つてゐたが、やがて小聲にて言つた。
「ばばさまは、足の裏で蓮根のありかを知るだけぢやねえ。
泥の機嫌も、人の氣配も、ときには不幸の來る道筋までも知るつて話だ。」
男は笑はうとしたが、うまく笑ふことができなかつた。
彼の腦裡には、朝靄の中に立つ老婆の小さき背と、泥の中へわづかに沈んでゆくその足とが、いつまでも離れなかつたからである。
（五）夢
その夜、男は奇妙なる夢を見た。
黑き水の上に蓮の葉の影のみ浮かび、その下に無數の白きもの蠢いてゐた。
よく見れば、それは人の眼であつた。
そして、夢の中のどこかで、老婆の聲がした。
「上ばかり見てる者ぁ、泥に喰はれつど。」
男は叫んで目を覺ましたが、宿の部屋には月の光もなく、ただ床板の下を水の流れるやうな音だけが、しばらくやまなかつたといふ。
（六）跡
翌朝、男は再び蓮田へ赴いたが、老婆の姿はなかつた。
ただ、昨夜の雨もなきに、畦の端に一つの濕りありて、その上に殘されたる足跡のみ、子供のものにも似て小さかつた。
村の者は、ばばさまはもう奧の田へ行つたのだらうと言つた。
されど、その年のうちに彼女を見た者は、つひに誰もなかつた。
その後、幾年かののちにその村を過ぎたる旅人の話によれば、蓮根は例年にも增してよく太り、泥は前年より深くなつたといふ。
また、朝霧の濃き日には、畦の向かうに小さき影の立つを見たる者ありとも傳へられる。
しかし近づけば、そこには何もなく、ただ黑泥の面に細き波紋のみ廣がつてゐたといふ。
されば今に至るも、行方の古き農家には、子供の不用意に蓮田へ入らぬやう戒めるとき、かう言ふ者がある。
「上ばかり見て歩ぐな。泥は足の裏で見ろ。」
結語
本篇の老婆は、まことに妖なりしや、または永年泥に親しみたる農婦の技が、人々の想像のうちにかく變じたるものなりしや、今となつては知るよしもない。
思ふに、土地に深く住む者は、しだいに土地の理を身につけ、その理のいくぶんかは、外より來たる者には怪異としか見えぬ。
水の深さを眼で測る者あれば、風の變りを肌で知る者あり。
また泥の機嫌を足の裏で知る者のありしとて、あながち荒唐ともいふべからず。
しかれども、人は理解し得ぬ技を見れば、やがてそれに名を與へる。
名を與へられたる技は、つひに傳説となり、傳説はいつしか怪談となる。
かくして「足の裏をもつてものを見る老婆」は、常陸の一農婦であると同時に、行方の黑泥そのものの記憶ともなつたのであらう。
もし讀者が、秋の曇れる朝、蓮田の畦を一人歩むことあらば、みだりに足を進むることなかれ。
ときとしてそれは口を開き、またごくまれには、人よりも先に人の行く先を知る。
その時、もし畦の向かうに小さき影を見ても、これを呼んではならぬ。
ただ足もとを見、心して歩むがよい。
さもなくば、行方の黑泥は、讀者にもまた、ひそかに眼をひらくかもしれぬ。
編者註
一、本篇に見ゆる「行方」は、常陸國南部の低濕地一帶を指すものと思はれるが、原本には郡村名の明記なし。蓮田・水路・黑泥の描寫より推して、霞ヶ浦沿岸のいづれかの村落を想定せしものか。
二、「足の裏をもつてものを見る」とは、文字通りの妖異を意味するよりも、泥中における農作業の熟練が、口碑のうちに誇張されたるものと解することもできる。しかれども、原文の調子はこれを單なる比喩に留めず、怪異と技能との中間に置かんとする意を有する。
三、本文中の「見えねえ泥」「泥にもよ、口を開く日つてもんがある」等の語は、編者の補作にあらず、原本にほぼそのまま見ゆる。地方語の色合ひ濃きも、全體の譯文體を損はぬゆゑ、そのまま殘した。
四、「上ばかり見て歩ぐな。泥は足の裏で見ろ。」の句は、本篇の終末に添へられたる戒めの詞なり。いかにも教訓めきてゐるが、同時に本篇の怪異を日常へ引き戻す效果を有し、頗る味はふべき一句と思はれる。
五、原本には欄外に鉛筆にて「足裏眼」と記したる書入れあり。後人の附記なるべし。題簽の缺落を補ふため、編者は便宜上これを採り、「行方の足裏眼」の題を立てた。
六、本文の夢の場面に見ゆる「無數の白き眼」のイメージは、八雲流怪談の譯文を聯想せしむるも、これを直ちに模倣と斷ずるは早計なり。むしろ大正末乃至昭和初期の地方出版に見らるゝ、怪談飜案物の一種と見るべきか。
七、原本の紙質はきはめて粗く、活字もまた不揃ひなり。豆本として配布せられたる私家版、あるひは地方新聞附録の拔刷等の可能性を考ふれど、確證なし。

数年前、NovelAIが話題になった辺りで燃えたDanbooru、日本人はあんまり話題にしなくなった今、改めて見てみたんだが、おもろい
「purple bow(紫のリボン)」「hair between eyes(目の間の髪)」とか、タグ付けがめっちゃ細かいから、癖に合ったイラストを探せる
特に自分が面白いと思ったのだが、「〇〇(style)」で、〇〇の中の作家名を入れると、その作家本人ではなく、その作家の画風を模倣したイラストが見つかる
名前はイニシャルだけにするが、SNSでよく画風が模倣されてる気がするMでそれやると、「へぇ〜Mのここはよく真似されてるし、ここは意外と切り捨てられてるな。この部分が一番「Mらしさ」と認識されてんのかな」みたいな気づきがあって面白い
本来 Pixivがその役目を果たすべきだったのでは……という気はするが、自分のイラストがあまり多くの人に見つかってほしくない、隠語を知ってる人だけに見てほしいってタイプもいるし……だからこそ、本人には無許可でアングラでやるというやり方しか成立しなかったんだろうな、うーん
わたなれも無事放送されて一段落付いたので。終末ツーリングは1話見たものの2話以降はabemaの枠移動で追い切れず、グノーシアは完全に見忘れ。

2クールっぽいのでまだ放送中で暫定なものの面白い。ヤバい大人達がごっこ遊びするヤバいアニメだったら完全にホラー枠だった。
なお冬コミでタックルは見かけたけど、1号とV3とライダーマンはいなかった。
殆どれな子が悪いよなと思ってはいたが、一応れな子なりに考えてはいたんだなと。にしてもあれはステージ上で衆人環視の元でやったという理解で良いのか？どういう世界観？
余談としてキャラデザの関係でささ恋を思い出してしまうのがちょっと辛い。ささ恋とわたなれ、どうして差がついたのか…（予算、制作会社の違い）
青山吉能劇場。独白の関係でセリフ量が飛び抜けて多くなってしまっているけどそのお陰で面白くなってる感じ。テンポも恐ろしく早いというかサクサク進むので飽きない。OP/EDが誤発注というぐらいに合ってない…（女性向けなので女性視聴者には合っているのかもしれない）。
王道の婚約破棄もの。1話でタイトル回収するとかこんなの出オチちゃうんかと思ったのにちゃんとその後もちゃんと殴ってて面白かったです。
CV上田麗奈と石川由依ってめっちゃ重そうと思ったら期待通りに全体的に重く暗い感じで良い。美胡ちゃんエンドは草で良かった。原作全巻購入済み。
原作は韓国の小説、アニメ製作は中国。綺麗な作画と可愛いキャラデザとOP/EDをちゃんと用意する日本向けローカライズの勝利。かわいいは正義。予告が普通よりも長めで助かる。
森川智之劇場。自分を野原ひろしと思い込んでいる一般人の独白をアニメとして成立させられるとか、声優は凄い。
こういうのでいいんだよこういうので、なラブコメ。EDが好き。
BGVとして流し見るのに丁度良い日常枠。
お仕事枠。面白く見せるのが難しそうなのを上手く表現してるなと。作中に犬が登場するところで、OPのポメラニアンってこれかーと思ったら全くポメラニアンではなかった。
見る栄養素。こういうのでいいんだよこういうので。
1期はそんな評価されるほど面白いかな…だったけど2期はノリがわかってきたからなのか面白かった感じ。
超ポジティブデブのラブコメ枠…に見せかけたサスペンス枠？割と面白かったのに何も明らかにせず俺たちの戦いはこれからだ！エンドなのが残念すぎる。
90年代前半のOVAみたいな作画ですげーなサンライズと感心した。割と好きだけどお話的にはいまいちこう… こういうのは2クールでやって欲しい。
25年秋アニメ最大の話題作というか問題作、界隈は絶賛とアンチが入り乱れる地獄。みんな一体何と戦っているんだ。11話以降は放送延期なので最終的な評価はそれ次第かな。人気になる背景なりなんなりがあるとは思うのだけど。ポエムバトルが多過ぎる、ラブコメなのに初手ケンタッキー攻略とかどういうことだよあたりのツッコミは納得感がある。
丸戸脚本ということで視聴。シンフォギアじゃなくてマクロス？2クールのようだけど今のところはかなり微妙より。
これも僧侶枠…か？マッサージに関する内容が何処までマジなのかわからんけど見る分には楽しい枠。
一応完走はしたものの、印象に残らなかった枠かなあ。
キャンプ初心者のJDにおっさんが教えるキャンプ＋飯テロ枠。マンスプやんけ！と心のフェミニズムがうるさくなるやつだったけど、ラブコメ枠としては…まあ、いややっぱりファンタジー過ぎてキツいわとなった。
あーはいはい、スキル無しだけど実はチートで俺TUEEEEEEハーレムってやつね、と見始めたらハーレムどころかヒロイン枠なし、ただひたすら努力チートで強さを求めて旅をする実はちょっとした冒険譚なのか…？と深読みしてしまいそうになる。
序盤、AIを巡るテーマで時事ネタか？とちょっと期待したのだけど構成の問題か、そもそものオチの問題か。戦犯と呼ばれるキャラが本当に戦犯なのは珍しいというか、擁護できる要素が行方不明で困ってしまった。そしてアモルの扱いが酷すぎる。
毎日ケガするとかラブコメのコメの領域を越えてないか？としか思えなくて何処向けなんだと思ってたが「女性向け特殊性癖作品」という評価を見て有る意味納得。
異世界飯テロ系。取り立てて悪くもないので★★★でも良かったかもしれないけど、無味無臭なので★★よりかなと。
原作が北米と聞いて納得。アニメを見てるはずなのに何か違う、海外ぽいのはわかるが中国アニメみたいなトンチキさとも違う、何だこれ？だったのだけど、北米と聞くと海外ドラマを無理矢理アニメにしたような感じだこれと合点がいった。多分、実写ドラマにした方がそれっぽいと思う。
タイトルだけでお腹一杯になれる枠。追放ざまぁ系は割と好きなんだけど、全体的に雑過ぎてちょっと良いところ探しが難しい。
無限ガチャは1話だけ、2話はただのキャラ紹介、さっさと復讐すれば良いのに3年も待機、やっと復讐始めるのかと思ったらテンポが悪すぎる、周りのヒロイン枠（？）がNPCかって位に記憶に残らない、そもそも復讐相手って何人いたっけ…というぐらいに印象が薄い。
社内恋愛を学園モノのノリでやられるの、なんでこんなにキッッツ…ってなるんだろう。登場人物全員の精神年齢が中学生レベルとかもはやホラーでしょ…。
ポーションと聞くとそれだけでヤバそうな匂いがしてくるが、それに加えて15分の低予算枠なのでかなり厳しめ。EDのミラクルポーション生成！は笑った。と思いながらスタッフ見てると音楽：bermei.inazawaってこんなところで名前を見かけるとは。
どうしてアニメで昼ドラを見せられてるんだろう…。登場キャラが基本クズというか、主人公の中身は良いお年だろうにこれはちょっと色々とキツくない？
1分アニメなのでネタ枠。こういうのでいいんだよこういうので。
飯テロ枠。協力企業の商品だけ作画が緻密になる、あるある違和感を解消しようとすると新海作品みたいに画面全体の作画を揃えなきゃならんくなるから難しいね。
作画だけは凄い中国アニメ。1期よりも話の内容がシンプルで分かりやすくなった…気がする。
謎の変身シーン付きの飯テロ＋ラブコメで、abemaでやってた中国アニメの中では見れる方な枠。なお厳しい方のは「不死身な僕の日常」。
みんなどうやってるんだ？
技術の進歩は急速でコツコツとプロンプトと打ちながらやる今のやり方もそう長くはなさそうなので何となく記録しておく。

メガネを光らせながらCivitaiで最新のcheckpointとLoRAをチェック。
今のbase modelの主流はIllustriousかponyで更新の9割以上はこの二つ、普及帯のGPUでも利用可能で品質も十分なのが理由か。flux以上は盛り上がってない。
あと、LoRAのトリガーワード管理がめんどくさい。そろそろメモ帳でやるのも限界。
日常生活からインスピレーション得てその日のキャラを決めるのが紳士流。

まずはベースとなるプロンプトを決めて一番好みの出力となるモデルとLoRAの組み合わせを試していくが、この時になるべく簡素なLoRAとプロンプトで仕上げるのがポイントだと思っている。
後々複雑な構図やポーズを作り上げる場合、この時点でプロンプトがパンパンだと追加プロンプトが十分効かなかったり(無理やり:2)強くしようとして画面が溶けたりする。
品質系プロンプトは省略しているので知りたい紳士は「Illustrious 品質プロンプト」とかでLLMに聞いてください。
そんなわけで好みのキャラと画風を仕上げたらついに叡智タイムである。
単純に好きなシチュをポンポン出すのもいいがストーリー仕立てにするのもいいだろう。
（ex.研究所に来た魔改造性癖ガールを研究員としてどんどん魔改造していく）

Hey everyone. I don't know where else to post this. I need to write it down before I convince myself I was just hallucinating. I’m a grad student in Japan, doing fieldwork on forgotten local folklore. That's why I was out in the absolute middle of nowhere in Gunma prefecture last night.
My plan was to visit a tiny, dying village called Yomi-touge (not its real name) that supposedly has some unique traditions. Of course, my phone lost signal hours ago, and my car's GPS, which I bought in 2015, decided to have a total meltdown. The sun went down. The mountain roads are narrow and winding, and a thick, soupy fog started to roll in. The kind of wet, heavy air that makes you feel like you’re breathing water. I was completely, hopelessly lost.
After what felt like an eternity of driving at a crawl, I saw it. A light. A single, brutally bright rectangle of light cutting through the fog. A convenience store. For a split second, I swear to God, the lines of ink shifted. They writhed, like tiny black worms under his skin, and a patch of his forearm glowed with a faint, sickly red light. He flinched, a sharp intake of breath, and quickly pulled his sleeve down.
I just froze. I couldn’t have seen that, right? I was tired, my eyes were playing tricks on me.

The faceless man picked up the strawberry milk. He put it in his coat pocket. And then he just… faded. He didn’t walk out the door. He dissolved into the humming air, like heat haze. A second later, he was gone.
The clerk let out a long, shuddering breath and swayed on his feet. He leaned heavily on the counter, his face sheet-white. He looked utterly, existentially exhausted. He saw me staring, my mouth hanging open, the can of coffee still in my hand.
For the first time, a flicker of something real, something human, crossed his face. It was pure, undiluted terror.
"You… are not a regular customer," he whispered, his voice trembling. "Your… concept is too stable. Please. Leave."

EDGEの開発者ツールで「Blurred eyes」を選択することで老眼モードやら高齢者が使いがちなくそ遅いスマホで動作確認できるんだが、試していて気付いたことがある。
・フォントは16ptでぎりぎり、20ptぐらいはないとまじで文字が読めない。
なお、高齢者は軽度認知障害にかかっている人やBPSDになっている人がおり、キレやすかったり、意欲が衰えている人がちらほらおり、16ptだとやる気を出せば読める程度なので、フォントは20pt、行間は1.8emぐらいは確保したほうがいい。
特にff14は老眼に配慮してないので、マジでつらいものがある。

まず、transparent bikini が意外なことに通る。
だけど画風次第。
実写は未だに成功しない。
うまくいけばばっちり乳首が透けているえっちイラストが出てくる。
あと、画像の雰囲気についてプロンプトマシマシにすると、弾かれる可能性が下がる気がする。
牛乳をぶっかけるのもいいが、牛乳パックやコップがないと弾かれる可能性が上がるっぽい。
