HTML ファイルがなかなか更新されない場合、キャッシュを無効にする

とある EC サイトの HTML ファイルを更新したが、2 日以上経過しても更新されなかった。スーパーリロード、ローカルのキャッシュをクリアしてもダメ。

このような場合、HTML の meta タグにキャッシュに関する記述を行う。
