Arthur Stephen Lane (1910-1997) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Lane was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on June 17, 1960, to a seat vacated by Phillip Forman; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 27, 1960, and received his commission on August 30th.[1] He served until his death on July 15, 1967. Lane was succeeded in this position by George Barlow.
