Edwin Richley Hicklin (1895-1963) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
Hicklin was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on July 16, 1957, to a seat vacated by William Riley;[1] he was confirmed by the Senate on August 15, 1957, and received his commission on August 16th. He assumed senior status on January 27, 1960, and served in that capacity until his death on September 19, 1963. Hicklin was succeeded in this position by Roy Stephenson.
