William G. East (1908-1985) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

East was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on May 2, 1955, to a seat vacated by James Alger Fee; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 7, 1955, and received his commission on June 8th. He assumed senior status on April 10, 1967. He served the District of Oregon until his death on April 27, 1985. East was succeeded in this position by Robert Belloni.
