Thomas Glynn Walker (1899-1993) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Walker was given a recess appointment by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on December 20, 1939, to a seat vacated by William Clark. He was nominated on January 16, 1940, confirmed by the Senate on March 5, 1940, and received commission on March 13.[1] He resigned on December 31, 1941. Walker was succeeded in this position by Thomas Meaney.
