Fredrick Monroe Taylor (1901-1988) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

Taylor was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on July 9, 1954, to a new seat created by 68 Stat. 8; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 20, 1954, and received his commission that same day. From 1964-1971, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on December 15, 1971. He served the District of Idaho until his death on February 16, 1988. Taylor was succeeded in this position by J. Blaine Anderson.
