John Lester Miller (1901-1978) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Miller was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on March 29, 1954, to a seat vacated by William Stewart;[1] he was confirmed by the Senate on May 18, 1954, and received his commission on May 20th. He assumed senior status on October 1, 1971, and served in that capacity until his death on July 20, 1978. Miller was succeeded in this position by Ralph Scalera.
