Randle Jasper Smith (1908-1962) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Smith was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on June 5, 1956, to a seat vacated by Charles Whittaker; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 2, 1956, and received commission the next day. He served as chief judge from 1961 until his death on January 8, 1962. Smith was succeeded in this position by John Oliver.
