Randolph Henry Weber (1909-1961) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Weber was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on February 4, 1957, to a seat vacated by Rubey Hulen; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 14, 1957, and received his commission that same day. He served until his death on November 23, 1961. Weber was succeeded in this position by John Regan.
