Ralph McKenzie Freeman (1902-1990) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Freeman was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on May 10, 1954, to a new seat created by 68 Stat. 8; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 8, 1954, and received his commission on June 10th. He served as chief judge from 1967-1972. He assumed senior status on July 1, 1973, and served in that capacity until his death on March 29, 1990.[1]
