Robert Norwood Davies (1904-1996 ) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.

Davies was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on June 21, 1955, to a seat vacated by Charles Vogel; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 22, 1955, and received his commission on July 27, 1955. He assumed senior status on August 27, 1971. He served the District of North Dakota until his death on April 18, 1996. Davies was succeeded in this position by Paul Benson.
