Charles William Kraft, Jr. (1903-2002) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Kraft received a recess appointment from President Dwight Eisenhower on August 12, 1955, to a new seat created by 68 Stat. 8; he was nominated on January 12, 1956, confirmed by the Senate on March 28, 1956, and received his commission on March 29th.[1] He assumed senior status on November 11, 1970, and served in that capacity until his death on January 18, 2002. Kraft was succeeded in this position by Clarence Newcomer.
