Andrew Miller (1870-1960) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.
He was nominated by President Warren Harding on December 19, 1921 to a new seat created by 42 Stat. 66. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 2, 1922, and received commission that same day. On March 29, 1941, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on March 17, 1960. Miller was succeeded in this position by Charles Joseph Vogel.
