Max Ahoy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Cloverfield would be proud.
The great serpent slithered before me
Its face white as snow
I was seized by its nasty gaze;
smiling at me eagerly
Through twisted teeth it faintly uttered
“My dearest child, follow me and you shall see what wonders await thee.”
The most terrifying evils in this world are the ones that can wrap you within their despicable grasps. Vileness so viscerally wicked that it can’t possibly be from this plain of existence. And yet, here it stands before us, here it holds us, never letting go, neither in life nor death. It’ll always use us like flimsy playthings, doll’s only meant to be broken and replaced with another victim. It never ends.
