John Oliver Henderson (1909-1974) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Henderson was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on August 21, 1959, to a seat vacated by Justin Morgan; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 14, 1959, and received his commission on September 21. He served as chief judge from 1967 until his death on February 19, 1974.[1] Henderson was succeeded in this position by John Elfvin.
