Clifford Scott Green (1923-2007) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Green was nominated by President Richard Nixon on December 1, 1971, to a seat vacated by Harold Wood; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 4, 1971, and received commission five days later. He assumed senior status on April 2, 1988,[1] and served until his death on May 31, 2007. Green was succeeded in this position by Jan DuBois.
