Joseph Leo McGlynn, Jr. (1925-1999) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

McGlynn was nominated by President Richard Nixon on January 31, 1974, to a seat vacated by Thomas Masterson; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 1, 1974, and received commission on March 8. He assumed senior status on February 14, 1990,[1] and served in that capacity until his death on February 23, 1999. McGlynn was succeeded in this position by Harvey Bartle.
