John Kintzing Kane (1795-1858) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

He was nominated by President James Polk on June 11, 1846 to a seat vacated by Archibald Randall. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 17, 1846, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on February 21, 1858. Kane was succeeded in this position by John Cadwalader.
