Thomas C. Egan (1894-1961) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Egan was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on August 7, 1957, to a seat vacated by George Austin Welsh; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 22, 1957, and received his commission on August 26th. He served until his death on July 6, 1961. Egan was succeeded in this position by John Davis (Pennsylvania).
