Mark A. Kearney is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the court, he was a shareholder at the law firm of Elliot Greenleaf & Siedzikowski, P.C. President Barack Obama nominated Kearney to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on June 16, 2014.[1] Kearney was confirmed by the United States Senate on December 3, 2014, by a voice vote.[2]
Education
Kearney earned his B.A. and J.D. from Villanova University in 1984 and 1987, respectively.[1] He also spent a year at Drexel University School of Business from 1985 to 1986, but earned no degree.[3]
