Mark Americus Costantino (1920-1990) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

He was nominated by President Richard Nixon on April 26, 1971, to a new seat created by 84 Stat. 294; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 1971, and received commission that same day. He assumed senior status on December 1, 1987, and served in that position until his death on June 17, 1990.[1] Castantino was succeeded in this position by Carol Amon.
