Rikaon is a martial artist living in Alubarna who considers Jinbe, and other users of Fish-Man Karate, his rivals. He appears in One Piece Odyssey.

Rikaon is a large bald man. He wears a dark shirt, and is usually seen frowning.

Abilities & Powers

Rikaon has some physical prowess, being able to gain his own bounty, and has developed his own martial art, Land Karate (陸上空手, Rikujō Karate^?). He is strong enough to tame a group of Kung-Fu Dugongs, though they were disappointed that they were beaten by someone of his strength.

History

One Piece Odyssey

After Crocodile was defeated, Rikaon broke down a wall of the Arabasta Royal Palace and graffitied Jinbe's name on the side, though it was quickly discovered to be him. His bounty poster was put up in Spice Bean, where it was taken by the Straw Hat Pirates. The pirates tracked him down and defeated him, giving him to Margin to claim his bounty.

Reunion of Memories

In the Water Seven Memoria where Iceburg was arrested, Rikaon and his disciple Kung-Fu Dugongs began working under a Legendary Master Dugong who practices Mermaid Karate (人魚の空手, Ningyo no Karate^?). As work for the World Government, they set up a dojo in the Water 7 sewers, where they kept the confiscated Yagara Bulls. However, Rikaon and the Dugongs were defeated by the Straw Hat Pirates, and the Yagara Bulls were freed.
