True Heinousness Bulaniki is the elder brother of a pair of pirate siblings. He and Bulototo began their criminal lifestyles by terrorizing the Eastern Highway in Nanohana, eventually increasing in notoriety until they made it to the New World. He appears in One Piece Odyssey.
Bulaniki is a large, muscular man with a round face, short neck, prominent brow, round nose, and thick lips. He has black hair and a black goatee. Bulaniki wears a striped lace-up shirt.

Bulaniki is a violent and greedy person, as he and Bulototo use his bounty to lure in and trap unsuspecting bounty hunters.

Bulaniki has some physical prowess to earn a bounty and defeat bounty hunters who seek him out, but he and Bulototo were no match for the Straw Hat Pirates.

Bulaniki committed various small crimes, attempting to slowly increase his bounty. His idea worked, and when his bounty hit 3,000,000 he became extremely proud of himself; he began boasting about being a "real pirate" to anybody who would listen to him.[6] With his bounty secured, he began to trap bounty hunters with his brother, attempting to get him a bounty as well.
One Piece Odyssey[]
Bulaniki and Bulototo were on Nanohana's Eastern Highway when the Straw Hat Pirates challenged them. The brothers fought and lost, and the pirate crew claimed Bulaniki's bounty.
While being transported on a prison ship, the brothers escaped and ran away to Water 7. Bulaniki's bounty was increased to 5,000,000 and spread around the city, where it was found by the Straw Hats again. Once again, the Straw Hats tracked them down and defeated the brothers, claiming Bulaniki's bounty.
Bulaniki and Bulototo were brought to Impel Down, where they remained until the mass breakout. They worked together for Buggy's Delivery for two years, but upon hearing of the Straw Hat Pirates' actions in Dressrosa left the service and traveled to the island to find and thank Luffy.
Due to leaving Buggy's Delivery, Bulaniki's bounty became active again, and it was advertised across Dressrosa. The Straw Hats chased them down again, and attacked them as they tried to explain that they didn't want to fight. After the brothers were defeated, they explained they just wanted to thank Luffy, and were turned over to Margin.
As they were being transported back to Impel Down, they managed to escape again, and Bulaniki's bounty was increased to 100,000,000. The duo returned to Dressrosa to get revenge on Margin. However, they were caught in an trap for the Straw Hats, which the pirates fell for. The brothers watched as they defeated the Bounty Pirates, and decided to take over Margin's role as intermediary to turn them all in.
Reunion of Memories[]
In the Water SevenMemoria where Iceburg was arrested, Bulaniki ran a Yagara Bull rental shop with Bulototo and Bulmatte, where they were known as the 3 Bull Rental Brothers (貸しブル3兄弟,Kashi Buru 3 Kyōdai?). They worked with the rebellion against Cipher Pol, and after the Straw Hat Pirates rescued Bulmatte, brought them to Iceburg's mansion.
