Nafk is a middle-aged man with an average build. He has a brown goatee and mustache, and wears a burgundy shirt with a red overcoat, as well as beige pants and a yellow headband.

Nafk was born on Drum Island, where he studied medicine. He eventually became a doctor, but during the Doctor Hunt, he was kicked out of the country and became disillusioned with the field.
At some point recently, Nafk helped solve a medical issue Gido was having.
One Piece Odyssey[]
While in the Mountain Dog, a tavern in Alubarna, Nafk was approached by the Straw Hat Pirates. They asked him to help improve Sardan's back, but he refused, stating that he had quit medicine after the Doctor Hunt. However, Chopper informed him that Wapol had been forced out of the country, which invigorated Nafk. He decided to return to being a doctor, and helped Sardan.
After making the required medicine with Chopper, Nafk decided to return to Drum Island.
